Yeah Wesker is still top tier and I don't see that changing for a long time and what the hell is with the damage increase when he loses his glasses?

I think Hulk will be much better this around what with no blocking on air dashes! No more dashing at hulk and thinking all will be fine bwahahahaha.

Wesker isn't even top tier in 3.0, so I don't get where you're coming from with this.

And the thing about his damage increase is that (if I remember correctly), his teleports and damage were decreased overall. When the glasses break, he's back to 3.0 status in terms of speed and damage. With the glasses on, you're playing as a nerfed Wesker. At least, that's the last I heard on that.

All i know from Norcal vs Capcom is that Phoenix is still bullshit in the hands of someone who actually plays her.

Because top tier doesn't mean the toppist tier, even though i believe Wesker is. 10 out of 50 is still top tier lol.
Hell in this game those first 5 are broken tier, and then there's top tier, and then whatever the rest are lol.

Where did that list come from anyway, last i remembered it was like Phoenix, Wolverine, Dante, Ammy, Wesker and Viper at the top

Spencer, Taskmaster, Dorm, She-Hulk and a few others right below.

S-tier to A-tier. Both being top tier.
