Viper and Dante are a very different kind of broken. They actually take work, but make no mistake that they are way too good. Doom Missiles + Devil Trigger takes a bit to understand as well, as it requires proper spacing and keepout application, rather than something like Dorm + Magneto, or Task + Missiles (Aim of Hawkeye, Aim of Hawkeye!). So they're not OP at first glance (Except maybe Missiles + DT), but I really think that these two characters (Viper/Dante) will be running this game.

Chris received some really nice buffs and Spencer seems like he will be an even stronger character in Ultimate which seems ridiculous as he was a really strong character in Vanilla.
