At this point, I'm going to say that understanding and executing the basics are important. You can be as flashy as all heck, but if you can't even grasp the fundamentals against someone who can, well sucks to be you. That kid understood the basics and the mechanics of the game he didn't need to be flashy if everyone else was going to be as unsafe as they were.

Course, I can't win in MvC3 anyway or even knock out a single character, so what do I know.

^ This. Honestly I just hope people don't go jumping on hulk now. I don't want people telling me about a character I've played since the game came out.

I play Hulk too, oddly enough.

My favorite player by far was the Spiderman in top 32.

Was that the player with the Spider-man, Ironman, X-23 team?

Spiderman/sentinal/Phoenix...but really Spiderman was doing most the work, phoenix was just a clean up crew.
