I'm loving this game so far. I've been offline mainly trying to perfect combos when I get a chance to play. My first impressions on the game....
Dante is good.......really good.
Arthur can be annoying as hell if used right, those three dagger cancels into three more or other projectiles is pretty nifty, and damn near god in a laggy environment.
Agression combos get a bigger boost from what I seen in online play, but man timing juggles is actually worse.
Spiderman is my favorite once again.
Viewtiful Joe got a nice boost since TvC, hellz yea!
Don't believe the hype about Ryu, he's still good and still my boi!

Man, I've taken a break from playing three hours in training mode and spending about an hour online. Trying to get all the artwork. Kinda of wish you get the three characters you used all at once when you beat the game. After playing arcade mode 10 times I tried to go online with Dante/Wesker/Morrigan and couldn't do a single style cancel right with Dante. LoL
But I'm really loving this game. I'm gonna casual through arcade till I get all 30 some endings/artwork then dive back into training and mission mode. Using some of the character in arcade has really opened my eyes to people I wouldn't really consider using. She-Hulk is really fun and so is Felicia and C. Vipier, though Viper's timing for her combos border on GDLKE. :\
I don't really spend more then an hour online but I'm not really seeing these complaints people are posting. *shrugs* Yeah, I fought a lot of Zero's/Sents/Weskers/Dantes but I've been getting a good rotation of characters. Enough to get some of those Chris vs Wesker, C. America vs Iron and the like trophies. That and if I do experience lag, it'll be like a small pocket. I have COX digital internet and living in SoCal so don't know if that's making a difference with my experience on Playstation Network, but I've been impressed with the net code thus far.
