Ultimate Marvel Vs Capcom 3

i see a plethora of other ninja-ish street level characters from marvel still available :

elektra, black panther, iron fist, taskmaster, black widow Just got a hunch.

Are they going with any other x-men, or they're going to do a "superskrull" and go with mimic ?
 
I think we'll see a few more xmen but im guessing only 2 more at most. I praying for Mystique, the potential of that character is awesome. As far as returning X-men I think Juggernaut (not an xmen but you know what i mean) is definitely gonna make a return.

I'm still baffled as to who the mysterious "crazy" character is. Prof X comes to mind, but I can totally see him working and would be no cause to classify him as such. I'm banking on a villian since villians tend to have the most OP powers.

Besides a version of megaman or at least zero I'm content with Capcom, it's marvels side that has me freaking out who's gonna make the roster. I'm also glad we're not getting tons of shotos, I feel SF has enough variety to pull from now we dont need to rely on them like we did before. I also don't expect Seth...but I could be wrong considering he would be a great way to blend multiple characters into one.

That is exactly what i'm saying. He would be a great choice due to this. They don't even have to use the same specials from SSF4. Storyline wise, i think he can take abilities from any of the Street Fighters so aside from the normals, Tandem Engine and 18hit kicks, he could come on board with a myriad of other specials from different characters. Really good choice IMO.
 
Slightly good news, seems as though they'll be releasing at least 2 characters per month until the release (suspected March). This means at least 8-10 more characters bringing the base total to 34-36+. Also means after the 31st we may be greeted with 2 more characters (presumably 1 cap/1 marvel of course). They hint there are definitely more females and Capcom aims to use the Darkstalkers to fill most of those slots.

I hear a weak rumor that Venom is not in because their were issues making his model shape shift constantly. Has some logic to it, but no proof and the problem can be worked through, but is certainly a task for modelers to work around. This of course could spiral into Carnage and other symbiotes not making it.

There will be at least one more Megaman character (more than likely zero/megaman or both).

There will be no MvC3 original characters.

And for better or worse they're retaining tag outs as holding the assist button. I'm really hoping they give you some freedom on altering that, perhaps 2 options to choose from base on preference. I would much rather have some instant method, however the b+A1/A2 was not a viable option and I would favor the hold over this.

And most importantly it was announced "Magneto is still Pringles"
