I don't know.
There's several things you can do to sleep easier and better, but if your problem is chemical in nature none of this will help you and you need a night at an actual sleep clinic.
-Exercise more in the day. Variety helps. Cardio, muscle-building, a bit of everything. If your average day doesn't include such, work it in there.
-Adjust how much you're eating at different times of the day. Big breakfast, lunch smaller, light dinner. Eat a bigger lunch too if you're burning a *TON* of calories after lunchtime though, if your sleep and food intake aren't enough your health with start deterioating.
-Set a personal cut-off time for absolutely *ALL* media. No phone, intrawebz, books, TV, music, and especially no vidja gaemz. If you can't handle having nothing to occupy your mind, do something mind-numbingly easy and repetitive. Get your brain to start shutting down.
-Good sex makes sleep easier too. No joke. It's one of the many benefits of relationships. Yes, better sex means better sleep for the most part.
If you keep having difficulty sleeping, don't neglect it. Not being able to sleep fucks up your whole life, from a medical standpoint. You can't "make up" for lost sleep either. Over the short term it's just exhaustion or whatnot, but over the longterm it damages your brain and weakens your immune system amongst other things. It's bad yo.
