Trance Music Thread

Noobish at trance music. But thanks to my ignorant simple mind, I pretty much lump this together with techno and drum 'n' bass, etc.
Why? I don't know that much, yet I like these genre.
 
Dance, House, Trance, Dnb, Hardcore, and ell its Sub Genres...its a deep field....

We can all argue about Trance before 04, after 04, which is better and all that crap, but we have to remember that Trance is TIMELESS...and even though the technology might change, its still Trance (Just like Soul Cal will always be Soul Cal)....

only thing I hate about trance is the long ass build-up. just give me the face-melting parts and i'm set
