Awesome job, guys. I hope by July 19th to be close to 170lbs, which is my target goal. Then I'll have reason to brag.

Y'all both lost fat-weight while gaining muscle. That's great, dudes. All in a year? Wow.

Weighed myself today: 192lbs.

Decided not to wait until to tomorrow to weigh myself. Did it this morning just 2 minutes ago. Current weight is 188lbs. Lost 4lbs pounds since Monday? I used the same measuring scale and the same circumstances when getting weighed. (Early in the morning, after my shower, before eating, in T-shirt and underwear.) That's crazy. I mean I felt lighter and my clothes are a lot more lose, but I thought I may have lost just a pound. I would have been happy with just that.

I have been eating a bit of junk here in there, but I usually just work out harder because of it. Well gotta keep going...
