The Weight Loss Thread

I can't do more than 10 minutes of cardio without running the risk of losing muscle mass, and as a result I still feel like I'm in horrible shape. The hardest thing for me is binging and eating enough calories to fuel my workouts without enlarging my waistline at the same time.
HIIT.

today i tried on some old pants from high school and...THEY FIT! helloooooooooooooooooooooooo 34 inch waist. it has been a while. good to see you.

not as impressive as shogun's complete 9 month transformation, but i've dropped from 246 to 203 since july of last year. i'm happy.

shogun...the pics look great, and i know weight isn't too accurate to count body fat loss, but how many lbs have you dropped since starting? i dropped below 200 but now am gaining weight back again while still getting skinnier. hopefully i can maintain this trend and hit 215 again. i'm 6'2" btw.

i'm so happy today!
 
Well when I started I was at about 265 and a 44 waist. Now i'm at about 237 with a 38 waist.

So basically I lost 6 inches around my waist total and about 28 pounds. I built muscle however though so I can't fully say how much of a transition I made. I know that I have to punch another hole in my belt now lol.
