I can say that Zimmerman's supporters (friends and family) aren't helping in his defense at all, including himself, and especially Joe Oliver. Once he was interviewed, and "analyzed", by the two men on the newscast (I forget their names), he has not appeared since.

Plus his side of the story is getting slowly and slowly doubtful.

At one point in time they were both defending themselves. If there was a struggle at what point does the attacker become the defender? Especially, if the initial defender becomes more aggressive than the initial attacker, which one is standing their ground? Trey was the one being followed though. I'd think he had more of the right to stand his ground since Zimmerman admitted to tailing him. I just think this "stand your ground" law is vague and impractical.

So lets say hes found innocent, is he entitled to damages via suing the media?
I'd say yes the media should be sued by caylee anthony and the duke lacross players
