hmmm...need to boost sensitivity on my controller a bit.

As I played more, I was getting better...until bumfuck(this, this is what I am calling Egypt from here on out) egypt. Sadly, the only game I've actually been with the winning side was on Well with you guys...How the hell do you push an offense on Egypt? Maybe not being out classed(whats on each team) and out gunned (unbalenced teams hurt here). Fastline reminded me of Grainary. Have to try that map out again in the future.

Demoman tactics were, so far not all that different. Im really liking this Pryo.

According to the stat page Egypt is won by the defense 75% of the time, which is one of the biggest imbalances on a map. I haven't played it a ton, but I only remember one offensive win on it, and I was respawning at the time so I didn't see what we did to win it. Probably was a mistake by the other team.

Fastlane is fun, but usually goes to sudden death because that's another one where with 2 decent teams the last point is gonna be really tough to capture.

I think the only thing different between PC and 360 Demo is stickies being destructible. Other then that he still plays the same on both. Pyro is ridiculously fun, and annoying if you're not one of them. It's one of the few classes where I actually switch between the weapons depending on the situation. Most other classes you just go with your preference or it's a no brainer like 2/3rds of the medic unlocks.
 
Yeah, i got to thinking about CP_Egypt last night after we'd finished playing it. its essentially Dustbowl with a lot more vertical space for RJing and the like. thing is, it feels super cramped at times and there are a lot of indoor choke points to hold down. it didnt look like there were a lot of ways to flank on the map either, which makes it "one way in, one way out" on a lot of CPs. so i fully understand the defensive strength of the map.

anyway, it was ggs to you guys. i felt out of practice, but I got used to it quickly. I like a lot of the new additions to the game such as showing me how much health someone has when they're calling for a Medic. That Scout baseball has got to be the gayest thing in the game w/o a doubt.

dunno when we'll be able to play again, but Im gonna post up Medic tips in the TF2 group forum to help anyone whos interested playing Med.

It's not bad. You only take half damage while you're stunned and if they're too close it won't even stun you, it'll just bounce off. Originally it had no minimum range and full damage while stunned.
