Well for me I have a looooooooong history of RPG's but:
SNES:
Super Mario RPG-...good god i loved that game to death...
Psx:
SOO MUCH but ill mention the ones I loved and stood out the most
Legend of Dragoon- DBL SLASH and Dat voice acting lol... But i truly loved that RPG.
Chrono Cross- I wont go GAGA for it but the OST was amazing and the story was also good.
FF7- Well the RPG that took most of my time back then. Still legendary to me but i dont fanboy hard like how todays fanboys are >_>X.
Persona : THE ORIGINAL persona was epic and them battle cries xD.
Wild Arms 1 and 2: Generic RPG's but i believed that was the charm for the game at that time.
Alundra: Coin toss to call this a RPG (more like action adventure) but it was categorized as RPG back then. Bootleg Zelda that was actually good.
Tales of Destiny (Stahn) and Tales of Eternia: ughhhhhh.... loved em both.
Ps2:
Again too much but ill just name some i loved
Persona 4- The Persona that hooked me the hardest and I believe i can say it was truly an epic game.
SMT Noctourne- good god that was a RPG.
Tales of destiny remake: ... if you didnt play it understandable but... that combat system was awesome and the story had a boost since back then it was lol.
.Hack GU- I got addicted to the battle system really, lol thats it xD.
Dreamcast:
Grandia 2: Story was amazing.
Skies of Arcadia: ... GAME WAS AMAZING.
Ps3 and 360:
Tales of Vesperia: probably my fave tales to date next to destiny.
Valkyria Chronicles: As TC said really awesome game.
ME: I liked the story and it was a solid game.
Wii:
Xenoblade: ...This is the RPG that was amazing from beginning to the end... Everything was great... I cant even put it in words but it was the best 80hrs of my life xD.
