You guys are all way to smart, but I really do love reading yalls opinions on stuff like this. Very interisting stuff here.
Christianity along with many other religions focus on their being a divine being, while Atheism focuses around the point that their are no gods period. Both to me are redicoulus asumptions, how can one really know what is or isnt out there? And why on earth are so many people worried about figuring out something that is most likely beyond our comprehension anyways?
Imho I think it is very naive to believe in a religion, becuase no matter how much faith you have it still wont prove what created us... not that I have a problem with what people believe in and such, but I think the main problem is people not having enough tolerance for others beliefs. You have christians screaming in your ear that your going to burn in hell if you havent accepted god, and you have atheist screaming in your other ear that your a fool to think that a god exist at all.
Its pointless to try and waste your energy trying to understanding why we are here or what had created us. Their are so many more possibilities for the reason of our existence that it is silly to even try and have faith in one possibility. I dont know why people have to follow a religion to be good or make good choices. I think people should try and think outside of religion, becuase to me religion seems to be nothing but blind assumptions.. I think that if somehow it where possible for us to find the reason behind our exsistence than religion has seriously put us back on finding that reason, religion hardly ever seems to open peoples minds to other possibilities which seems like a huge hinderance..
This is just my opinion, and I mean no offense to any one with this.
Bad grammar and spelling, WHAT! Lol
