The Last Airbender

lol IVYFanboy, every movie you named to rewatch is far worse than this one is.
That being said ya.

Also it seems M. Night is gonna make an Unbreakable SEQUEL lol.

No no, those movies are bad, but all have some redeeming factor or something done better. X-Men3 for example still had a cool scene or two despite it shitting on the source as well. Wolverine's terrible wire-fu was more enjoyable than the avatars "action" sequences. As for the others they at least had pacing and a storyline to follow (even if they were terrible). If anything kills this movie it's the bloody pacing. It is all over the place and you can't even get a attach yourself to ANY moment because they never spend more than 2-5 minutes on one thing. There must be 30 something Acts occurring. I was tempted to narrate Speed Racer style the whole way through.

No no..this is by far one of the worst movies I have ever seen. I have never seen a movie suck on so many levels. The only part well done was the advertising (trailers and posters look great!). When I'm hating a movie so much I'm taking shots at the sound guys and the camera crew, far too much has gone wrong.

And keep in mind I REALLY wanted to like this film and find something redeemable to focus on in full expectation it was going to be bad overall. It's just that bad.

omg the last air bender was SO AWESOME!! it was the best movie ever in the history of mankind.... -___- (sarcasm)
Really, that piece of S-word should have never been allowed in the F-in theater, I mean I slept through almost the whole thing after seen how stupid, stupid, and stupid it was lol but.. come on, at least it's not the worst the movie in the world... IT'S THE WORST MOVIE IN THE UNIVERSE...... so far ^^

i remember reading somewhere about the name pronunciations. M wanted to pronounce the names as asians would. I guess M didn't take into account that considering the audience, they're so used to hearing it a certain way, that when it's pronounced differently, it's considered wrong. look at the die hard DBZ fans... saiyajin vs saiyan; what's the correct way?

taking out the humor and a certain love interest for Sokka was a huge no no...

I also could have sworn that Brian and Mike were producers for this movie.... couldn't they see what was happening to their franchise? and they still signed off on it? oh yeah this was a milk the franchise money grab bit. in the end, they still got your money.

and who's ready for the sequel? M was talking about how he studied these epic movies so that each movie's sequel is better then the last one... so... if he learned from the mistakes of this film, maybe he can make a better book 2? who actually wants to see it?

@IvyFanboy

almost every movie had a redeeming quality, even if it's something so bad that it makes you laugh.
this movie for instance has that HILARIOUS zoom in on the fat ass white guy on the northern wall, which made me laugh so hard. That being said this movie still wasn't that bad, hell the special effects alone beats every movie you mentioned, they looked like practical effects overall aside from a few key points like those 4 stupid earth bender that bended 1 rock to slowly float for a 5th bender to throw......
Keep in mind i'm not the happiest over the movie, but it was very tolerable.

After seeing The Legend of Chun-Li, ALL movies based on ANYTHING are far more tolerable, even shit like Twilight.

@Madnis, Saiyajin is the correct way no matter what, however it doesn't matter and they can say whatever they want. I still like to say Saiyan
