**Just to make things clear before you go on...**
This thread is not meant to isolate anyone or make this into some feminist group thing.
This thread was created SPECIFICALLY for the LADIES to come in and introduce themselves to EVERYONE and to also get to know OTHER LADIES in the community so they wont feel like they are the only females in the forums...so please, no trolling and no catty shenanigans.

Recently, I've been noticing a lot more female players signing up into the community but seem a little shy to introduce themselves. So I figured that I'd make a thread for the ladies to introduce themselves and talk about the hobby's so the rest of the community can get to know them.
There used to be a femme group...but I guess the groups got shut down once we upgraded to Xenforo.

So! without further adieu....this is how it's going to work!
Just fill out this e-form and if there's anything else you'd like to add on, feel free to do so!

Name: (you don't have to put your entire full name. You can even add w/e nickname your friends/family at home call you.)
Location: (please do not put your full address obviously, just what state your reside on!)
Occupation: (what do you do for a living? Can be a nice ice breaker when meeting new friends)
Hobbies: (pretty self explanatory. :P)
What are your plans for SCV?: (are you going to play competitively? offline casual only? online?)

All of these questions are optional, you don't have to answer ALL of them but which ever makes you feel most comfortable. You can also add something else if you like!
I hope this will help other girls to come out of hiding and actually get involved with the community because I feel like other gaming communities don't really have strong female players.

So here's to 8WR being the probably the 1st community on having a strong female base.

Location: Southern California (trying to move up to Northern California)
Occupation: I work at a hospital as a receptionist/scheduler/assistant
Hobbies: Aside from gaming and computers, I tend to re-watch all of my favorite sitcoms and movies,lol.
Idk why but it's just something that I ALWAYS do, I can watch LOST & The Office every single day and NEVER get bored of it. :P
Same goes for movies...Recently I watched the movie Tangled about 3 times on the SAME DAY...but at different times during the day. :P
What are your plans for SCV?: I have answered this question in IdleMinds thread.
What other games do you like/play?: Right now I am not currently playing anything, been too busy with work.. x_x
However, my favorite games consist of; Dead Space series, Bioshock 1 (not two...), Resident Evil series, Legend of Zelda series, Phoenix Wright series, Marvel vs Capcom 3, Darkstalkers, Cooking Mama (I know imma get ragged on for mentioning this one... lol), Diablo series (can't wait for 3!!! <3) and Puzzle Street Fighter. :)
When did you start playing video games?: I started when I was really young, I can't recall the age but I would say it was around 5 or 9... My origin started with Super Mario on the super nintendo, I then tried to play Street Fighter but I just couldn't get into it...When we came to america, I got into fighters A LOT more with the Dreamcast. My first fighter was Power Stone (Wang-Tang player here, woo! ;D), then it was DOA2 on a DC demo...the rest after that is just history.

A little bit more about me: I know I can sometimes come off as a bitch, but that's just my approach with EVERYONE. I'm pretty blunt and cut throat now a days when I see something I don't like, but once you get to know me... you'll know that I'm actually a sweet person. I don't like every single human being, so I'm not much of a people person. <__<;
I do tend to curse a lot because that's just how I am, lol. I have a HUGE sense of humor and I'm pretty chill once you get to know me. If I like you, I do tend to go the "extra mile" to help you and make your day a lil better.

So that's my story and I am sticking to it!

Ok, here's some info about me!!

Name: My name is Christine Trialoni (or you can call me Christina, I don't mind, people use both)

Birthday: 30th June 1994, I'm 17 years old now ^^

Location: Florina of Greece (I'm from Crete, but I moved in Florina because of some various reasons)

Occupation: I'm not working, but since the hard-workers on this planet are students, I'll just say that I'm a High School Student (3rd year, but after that --- University in Salonika YEAH). But my dream job is to become a programmer/game designer!

Hobbies: Hmm, I used to create hand-made jewelry, but since I got in Florina I destroyed them all and I gave up on it... Also I was exploring stuff about emulators, as my PS1 is dead, my PS2 refuses to run those games and my PS3 is mostly used by my sister. But I don't do that anymore, at least for this year. So now my only hobbies are SC-ing and 8WR-ing (and listening to music sometimes), since I don't have that much time in order to start something new, or take up my old hobbies...

What are your plans for SCV?: SIEGFRIED! Er... I really wanna participate in tournaments and I really hope I'll be given that chance. This year, though, I'll not be able to, so I'll see what I can do once I get into the university (hopefully) and save up some money for that! So till this time, I'll be playing the casual stuff, online and train a lot (BTW GGs Edgemaster Sieg in the Training mode :P)

What other games do you like/play?: Hmmm... I like games that keep me entertained in one way or another; they don't have to be a particular gender. So here are my favourites, apart from SC games: Sims 2, Tomb Raider 1 - 8 (plus Anniversary), Tekken 3 - 6, Grand Theft Auto San Andreas, Resident Evil 2, Crash Badnicoot games, Kula World, etc...

Oh before I forget...
^^: I have a PS3 and my ID is ILP-2350. I'll not be able to be online very often this year but anyway ^^ In SCIV I use Siegfried (who else? the man - my main), Cassandra (secondary), Xianghua (tertiary), Tira, a bit Sophitia and sometimes Nightmare. Also I try to stay away from lag tactics, even if everything is a lag move as I live far away from most players.
