There are several ways to do it... you can do it without installing third party apps...

If you go further down, there is an explanation of an easier way, but it requires 2 third party apps.

That being said, the Windows 7 start menu is FAR superior... and if you can't figure it out, you're an idiot.

new one that isn't using an actual wallpaper. but all my wallpapers are old and i dont feel like lookin for new ones so i just used this image that i think is cool
