Yeahhhh relationships sound exhausting. I've nearly been in a couple but I back out cause I know I can't handle them. =/ But I'm too much of a prude to do anything casual with anyone. I can never win with myself or other people it's pathetic. xD

Ok, Im soooooo glad theres a thread like this!
Anyway, my bestfriend has recently came out of the closet to me. Im the only person that knows hes gay, and he hasnt told his parents because hes afraid. His family is really religious and I sure but not sure that they're not with homosexuality. To be honest, when he told I was soooooo close to crying because he came to tell me first and not his family. It was a really emotional moment because he trusted me enough to tell me. But the problem is he doesnt know how to tell his family. He wanted to keep it a secret but Im saying that its not healthy. I feel so bad for him because I believe everyone should be equal. Its horrible to see parents kick their child out because they're gay. Would they do that to a black person, I hope not. :/ Anyway, I came to you guys for advice and tips for him on telling his parents. Maybe some of you guys has gone through the same situation his in and could tell how you solve the problem?

Well the first thing is parents are more accepting for their children. They may not like gays or they may not like that their son is gay, but it'll be something they'll get used to and have to get used to whether they're fine with it or not. My parents are still getting used to my gaywadness and they're incredibly supportive of gays and gay marriage.
Also another thing, is he underage? If he's not then he has the option to leave the house if it's too bad, and if he's underage I really don't know what to say other then tough it out. It feels so good when it gets out though, and things get both easier and harder in placed where it wasn't so easy and hard, so it's definitely worth it.
First of all he needs to be calm. If he's calm his parents might be calmer.
How many peiple has he come out to? If he tells other people like good friends first it might help him figure out how to come out to his parents.
Well that's my advise, you guys add and do whatever.
