I also main females but I also happen to find them really hot anyway. Soooo I know you mentioned outside of SC but I'm just gonna say the whole Alexandra family, Lili, Asuka, Nina, and Miguel in Tekken, Sonya and Kitana from MK, Princess Zelda from SSB (though that's more like a party game I guess), annnnd Fat Princess from PAS:BR. Sry for the messy post.

Virtua Fighter: Brad Burns, Sarah
Tekken: Lars, Law, Jin, Nina
SSB: Snake, Zelda, Samus
Mortal Kombat: Johnny Cage, Sonya, Kitana, Kano
Injustice: Nightwing, Wonder Woman, Hawkgirl, Green Arrow, Green Lantern
Soul Calibur: Siegfried, Kilik, Patroklos, ZWEI, Sophitia, Cassandra, Setsuka, Xianghua
 
I'll keep my list to three at most per game, keeping who I actually play/played in brackets.

Injustice: Doomsday + Lobo (Raven)
Mortal Kombat 9: Shang Tsung (Baraka)
Soulcalibur V: Astaroth + Cervantes (Aeon/Raphael)
Street Fighter IV: Blanka + Zangief (Adon/Bison)
Tekken Tag 2: Bob + Heihachi + Marduk (Miguel/Jin)
Ultimate Marvel vs. Capcom 3: Hulk + Super-Skrull + Wolverine (Trish/Super-Skrull/Wesker)
Virtua Fighter 5: Jeffrey + Taka-Arashi (Goh)

I wonder if this is what being an exhibitionist feels like
