Gay horror story you all can appreciate:
I was unintentionally outed to my sister by my laptop. I left it unlocked by accident when I went to pee, and being the nosy bitch she is, she started exploring. As I usually keep my laptop locked at all times, I don't hide my porn very well. Theres never been a reason to. Needless to say there was SO MUCH PORN. I come in and I'm like: "You nosy bitch stay
off my-" and then I see her face and she's all like
And it was pretty obvious what she found. Any in my head I'm like:
The ensuing conversation went like this:
"So. You mad?"
"No... I kind of suspected. Were ok. Just keep your laptop locked because that could've been
anyone else."
And then she left and she look pissed so I kind of stayed clear for a while. She's cool now (this was early december), she just claims the porn caught her off guard. So if you learn anything from my tale, friends, HIDE YOUR PORN WELL.

Sound advice right there. I really should follow it more closely though, since I don't really lock my laptop or anything, and someone could probably nose into my recent document history if they were really -that- nosy. Fortunately that's not the case for my immediate family, who pretty much all know of my orientation as of the December of 2011 anyway.
In fact, I'm reminded of an unfortunate incident where my habit of falling asleep with the laptop next to me on my bed combined itself with browsing [the sort of porn I usually browse]. I got woken up by Dad the morning after, who nudged me awake and left just before I realised what he saw, and on doing that hurried downstairs to apologise for what he saw out of concern: his answer ended up being that he's "seen far worse". I think I really lucked out on having such cool parents. (Oh yeah, and lesson being don't browse porn while sleepy.)
