also if you feel like you lost your charm (tho I'm sure you haven't) go hit the club. I went to the House of Blues recently and I drank like 5 Capn and Cokes and danced my face off with a bunch of people and I left tremendously satisfied with myself, and positive that I kicked a big bag of ass. Got my swagger RIGHT back.
