Wasn't it the same in Dragon Age 2? I have not played the game but seen some videos ("want a sandwich?" lol)
 
I know this isn't technicaly gay but i've seen a doctor and he says I wouldn't be denied hormones after my year as living as a girl due to mental instability unless something changes

This... Is 100% fake. I mean, Jennifer Hepler is exclusive to the DA team, for one. So even if this was a real post, it has like 0 credibility. Also, it's a picture taken as if it's from the bioware forum. You can search any segment of the text on google, nothing shows up, which it should if it was real. :/ Sorry to burst your bubble lobo.
