So, uhm, I'm kinda changing the subject here, but there's this guy who I kind of have to meet way to much who won't stop using the word faggot and I was wondering if you knew some constructive way of getting him to stop that before that one fateful day when he says that and I just respond by way of demon uppercut?

The "that offends me please stop" trick usually works for me. Make it very clear you do not want to hear him say it.
