JG is harder to do consistently on any move, and GI CE has the chance that they will waste one BE worth trying to counter GI only to eat it in the face.

Also I will be using this metric:
Full meter = 200%
CE = 100%
BE = 50%
GI = 50%

Don't mean to nitpick, but in the game (training mode settings) it's:

Full meter = 100%
CE = 50%
BE = 25%
GI = 25%
