T6BR tier list

Steve being top isn't suprising, considering he's been top for several games now and doesn't seem to get toned down as often as he should. He's simply too safe.

Granted, I suspect BR's upper characters don't have the same kind of dominance against the lower tiered ones as they used to.

This.

Steve's definitely the most solid of all, but he's not broke. Otherwise we wouldn't be seeing Lee's, Bryan's, and Bob's taking the titles in BR tourneys.

Personally, I think one of most promising aspects of BR's tourney results is the fact that most of the winners are people who won with either their mains or their seconds, and not just because of the characters. Naps beat MDJ, sure, but the whole story was that MDJ was completely dominating from the start, using a "weak" character like Hwo, and Naps had to come back from the loser's bracket. Naps main is Bryan, so it's not surprising to see him that tight with the man.

Rewind a bit, and there's Help Me! A Korean Lee/Bob player. He won a recent Korean tourney with his main, Lee. He played Lee at the (iirc) NorCal tourney against a couple of people, and he beat Naps' Bryan with him. Come grand final, he plays Chet's Paul, and switches to Bob, his second.

Here's the grand final match (Help Me!'s Bob vs Chet's Paul):

Great match.

If you want to see Help Me!'s Lee (a "mid-tier" character) take down Naps' beastly Bryan, here you go:

Rip by SRK's Saotome.

I'm surprised Devil Jin is only A tier at best. He's got Hellsweeps, EOD, EWGF, wavedash, and so much more i thought he'd be S tier for sure
