T6BR tier list

Damn these online lag tactics...

Beating them? Rage quit.
Beat them? Kick you out of sessions.
Go ranked? All you will face are: Law, Christie, Asuka. Anyone with a string that has a low mix-up. Law especially: d43 on CH? Launch into... d43. -_-

Worst lagtactic I've seen: FC4 non stop. Because you can't low parry, you can't do anything. *rolls eyes*

LOL I take it you weren't around for DRO? They been did this a while back. Internet is internet man, just try and forget it even exists.

Yep, Tekken 6 online is ass. i suggest only playing people on your FL and only those who are close to you, and even then you'll still mess up nearly all your juggles because it's just that bad. I played my brother who only lives 20 minutes away from me, and i still screwed 85% of every juggle i did.

On a another note, i can definately see why Devil Jin is mid-tier. I'm usually stuck using these moves (excluding moves used in juggles) because everything else is just so damn usafe.
EWGF
HS
1,1,2
b+4
d/b+2
ff+2
bf+2,1,2
d/f+1,2
d/b+4
u+4~FLY
ss+2

Don't get me wrong, Devil Jin is still fun as hell to play, but he just seems nerfed very badly from DR. WDC and wall okizemes seems to be the only real mind games i can play with him. Other than that, I'm just poking with HS, d/b+2, bf+2,1,2, d/b+4, and BDC to space out and punish any whiffs with EWGF.

Have you tried using CD 3 or 3~4 against tech rollers? I think it bounds so that you can set up another combo.

Also Laser Scraper/Cannon is nigh impossible to land anymore.

On the positive side, Jin Kazama is much better than he was in Tekken 5, and has a much better set of new moves taking over some of his old stuff. He lost f+3, b+2,4 and more, but gained a huge number of new attacks and in general just feels a lot faster and a lot safer. Tekken 5 they nerfed him too much from Tekken 4, but here, they took what worked well in Tekken 4, made it good again and gave him a slew of new stuff. His CDS is faster and the animation is now completely cancell-able into CDS moves. Which means you don't even have to see the animation to pull them off. His CDS 4 is sped up dramatically giving him another reliable low. He has variants on bf 2, 1, 2 (bf 2,3) and d/b 2, 2, 3. His best new move is b+2, 1 for the huge frame advantage, speed and tech crouch. It can also be used for juggle filler and set ups.

Overall he's much better. Though he's still very much a keep-away character and still doesn't have a whole lot of options from his low stuff. But he's safer, and faster and that's enough to keep him going for now.

I tried out DRO, but left it quickly too because it was choppy as fuck, and I never really experienced the attitude of people online. SF4 was the FG that got me hooked on online play, and I guess I was spoiled by SF4 in a way, because if you rage quit, you got the loss, and other guy got the win, simple. Thing is, Tekken's my main game, so this whole "online culture" is NOT what I'm used to form the local Tekken people (the local comp here is seriously into the "deathmatch-to-X-number-of-wins" type of thing), and so it's pretty darn annoying.

I use Julia just for the fact that i havent seen to many of her online. she's pretty safe and has quite a few moves that hit incredibly hard. her in rage is not the 1 u want. she has quite a few good combos. but i play more defensively with her. she has such a good punish game i love letting ppl get to aggressive and then i unleash some safe combos and mix ups that ppl just cant seem to learn, no matter how many times i hit em with 1,2,1,1 or 1,2,4,1+2, her combos are simple and i just like to sit back and pick at their health bar.
