I don't think asking for information on the organization is asking too much
I mean raising money is only half the battle with these things anyways. The other half is to promote awareness

The Inside Ride is organized by The Coast to Coast Against Cancer Foundation, an organization dedicated to improving the quality of life and the survival rates of children and adolescents with cancer. The Foundation organizes a series of fundraising events that targets a 360 approach to addressing the needs of children and teens through their battle with cancer. The Foundation funds transition and survivorship, research, education and paediatric oncology camps. The cost of the events are borne through corporate sponsorship and event registration. One hundred percent (100%) of donations raised through our events flow through to the charities we support.

I think we as a community should be aware of issues like this. There maybe a few of our community members affected by either family or friends. I for one would donate money to organizations who wants to make a difference to somebody who has Cancer.
It is a Canadian Organization but I don't see how that really matters. Cancer affects everyone.
Many countries are being affected by Cancer and if any of those countries discovers the cure for the disease, i'm sure they will let it be known to the other countries.

I do encourage donating whatever you can to Cancer Organizations in your area or country if you cannot with me.
This was just another type of media that I wanted to mention the cause I will be participating in.
