I thought some characters could also connect Ultra from a really deep jump in fierce/RH? Also Blanka has a link from some ground poke into Ultra, but it's tough shit to pull off, I'm pretty sure.

I mean let's face it, this is still SF4. How much is this bitch REALLY gonna be able to jump around?

Right, not to mention, I doubt that it's unpunishable on block.

Heck... there's a lot of things in SF4 that are punishable on block.

Several players (SRK) have indicated that this is broken because it connects from a normal hit.

I. It's not an overhead.
II. It only works in a corner.
III. It's super-unsafe on block.
IV. It's super-low priority.
V. It prorates like hell.
