Tigger: Yes it has custom soundtracks, for PS3 even (shocker). It's a shame (and retarded) how most PS3 games don't even allow you the custom soundtrack option.
OuTKast: I have not tried online as of yet but I've heard decent things so far. I'm pretty sure the netcode used is similar to HDR so it's better than SCIV's online at least. I highly doubt it's lag-less though.
