I'm really likin' what I've seen so far. The graphics and the mobility of the game are Nyce and fluid. From what I understood from the interview [which wasn't very much], They're removin' one of Ivy's SCIV stances and revampin' the other two, I think that's cool, but I wish they would bring back her SCII stances. They were the best for her to me, but I think they'll do a good job with her.
Hmm...So Ivy's "What-the-Fuck hard" throw at 1:35 used meter...I have a hunch: I think they're goin' to replace the Just Frame system of SCIV, with this "Critical Gauge" meter management system, which means that every JF they we could do in SCIV [ex Tira's GS JF 66B], will now require meter to use. Why do I think this? Well, Ivy's throw used some of her meter, and even Mitsu's attack around 1:27 used some meter. Plus, they already said in an earlier explanation of the Critical Gauge, that you could use its meter to add properties and extra hits to a move. So the way I see it is, they're swappin' the more "difficult" execution heavy based system [JF] with this "simpler" meter management system [CG]. This is probably why it looks like everything in this game builds meter...I think it's an interestin' change. Hopefully, if they plan on takin' away the execution strict system, they'll bring back the buffer/delay/cancel mechanic they had back in the day.
