She does play like Taki, or at least an improved version of her. New cancels and other shit you say? Taki would get them anyway if she was in the game, characters change with each installment. SCIII Siegfried plays like SCII Nightmare. Obviously improved, but it's the same basic style.

Taki isn't really gone, her appearance is. She just got replaced with an improved version of herself, which is different form "going". A character to me is a set of moves you play with, not as the model doing them. It's like a Sephiroth custom with Musturugi's style. To me that's not sephiroth, it's Mitsurugi with an interesting costume. Berserker is a knight Rock, Assasin is a middle-eastern-ninja-Hwang thing, Natsu is a Blonde young Taki.

I'm going to miss Xianghua, but it'll be cool to have her daughter. I've been thinking that X and Kilik will be replaced by their child(ren). I wonder if anyone will inherit Kilik's style? I half expected their kid to fight like Maxi, just to knock out three birds with one stone XD But that would be kinda lame.

I'm hoping now that the rest of the new characters don't use old movesets... I know it's going to suck to see your main disappear, but come on! I want some more actually completely brand new characters. Like Zwei. I mean, if Raphael is not in it, I'm going to main a new character. So far, likely Zwei. Half the fun is going to be learning new movesets, no?

I saw somebody say Xianghua was the youngest female... Is somebody forgetting Talim and Amy?

I'm hoping both of them will return. No Talim's young cousin who fights exactly like her or anything like that, please.

On a side note... I thought Pat's name was spelled Patroklos, not Patroclus?
 
So they said Ivy has two states? From the two vids I only saw the sword state being used. I want to see the other moves D: I like Natsu's grab and wall combo pretty sick :)

I'm also not understanding the repel properties :/ I've seen two different outcomes from Mitsu
