they are trying to involve the RP in the thing. It's just that people here is still too much on the regular sports culture so it's easier to relate via competitions and such. this is all new and experimental there are a few groups in other cities in my country. but they are mostly as green as the local one, trying to standarize rules and such.

One (obvious) thing: Most SC basic moves are way too telegraphed for this. I recommend youtube videos of ridolfo capoferro and HEMA and ARMA groups.
