I like my frame data in easy to reference print form that i can flip to quickly with easy to decipher visuals....not knocking our site but the medium of print oddly wins for those who dont have a computer and TV in the same room. I like forums and I use both, but with MVC3 I use the guide CONSTANTLY because it's so convenient...if I'm curious if I can punish Dorms hyper with Shulks...bam, right there. instant learn! It's literally referred to as The Bible in my home. When learning a character I first read the section on them, then go to the threads to see any obscure new combos that evolved and any secret tech then I use both, but the guide is a corner stone of learning for me.there already is an all inclusive players guide that is chock full of all known moves, combos, frame data and artwork, and it is free.
you can get it here.
Forums are good for advancing info and referencing specifics but the MVC guide has proven how awesome having frame data and key knowledge in your hands can be. I can skim it and not have to dig through pages of threads to learn things that I might miss by not knowing it's existence. .
