Ok I just got it today. No SSV special as I thought

you can pick arcade/training/versus then it lets you pick the game you want to play

training mode sucks cause you can't even set it to test combos really. you can't set them to get hit then guard, there's no record feature, no counterhit option.
 
Well that sucks. Special was advertised and it says "7 games" on there. I bought the PSP version since I dont have a PS2 anymore. That sucks about the training, but I rarely use training the way you're supposed to. I'll probably never get to play anyone anyway.
 
sadly I've heard a lot of bad things about the PSP version. ps2 version is great though imo

i considered getting the import when it came out in july or so, but I think it was worth waiting another half year just to be able to read the engrish glory (it costs a shitton less too)
 
PSP has some load issues and audio delays from time to time.

I'm probably just gonna buy a PS2 now that they're $100 and pick up the PS2 version.
