First off, I got my diet in order. I used a BMR calculator to see how many calories I needed a day, and cut that by 500.
Then I did what I call, "The Gayest Broken Rib Workout Ever."
Treadmill
Workout Time: 60 mins continuous
6.0 incline, 3.5 speed 10 mins
0.0 incline, 6.5 speed 5 mins
6.0 incline, 3.5 speed 10 mins
0.0 incline, 6.5 speed 5 mins
6.0 incline, 3.5 speed 10 mins
0.0 incline, 6.5 speed 5 mins
6.0 incline, 3.5 speed 5 mins
0.0 incline, 6.5 speed 5 mins
0.0 incline, 3.5 speed 5 mins
Do that 4 times a week, rinse and repeat for 6 weeks.
wow 6.5? i cant jog that fast... fastest i can jog is 5.8 - 6.0 Q.Q
