1864 calories a day = 559.2 calories protein/932 calories carbs/372.8 cal fat

That would mean daily, I am shooting for:

139.8 g Protein
233 g Carbs
41.42 g Fat

So, this morning I had:

1 piece of bread w/peanut butter
1 egg
1 glass of milk

for a total of 27 g protein, 39 g carbs, 21 g fat

That is 19% of my days protein, 16% of my days carbs and 50% of the days fat?!

Damn, didn't realize how much fat I was consuming before...
