Do your cardio immediately after your weight training. Especially if it's high intensity interval cardio.

You could skip rope, do burpees, star jumps etc.

Are you doing supersets in your weight training?
 
omg i just saw a tutorial on youtube about how girls do make-up.

and i must say that i almost feel bad for their skin when they have to put so much CRAP on their skin to look attractive.
its like their skin is saying "kill me now"...

and all that stuff they put on their EYES!!! eww.

No supersets right now, I am doing 12 weeks of circuit training in order to condition for the actual weight training I'll be doing later.

As for doing cardio immediately after weight training, I've read some things about that, but I have always alternated weight training days and cardio days. I'm not looking to lose any weight, but could definitely use some kind of cardio.
