there's a guy who has a theory about this, as a philosopher of mind. Douglas Hofstadter's his name. dunno if you're into that kind of stuff, but his book I Am A Strange Loop is his most recent and is somewhat accessible i think.

Well, I set up my new light box or "Macro Studio" (homemade of course) and took a pic with my cell phone... My Nikon is sitting there with an instruction book, close in thickness to the bible. So, I just wanted some test shots with nice lighting and they actually turned out really decent for the 1 dollar I spent to make it.

Sorry for the quality of the pic but you can see the smooth lighting and 'endless backround' effect.

Asswipe, I've run into your type on forums before, and the funny thing is this; once I have met them in person they turn out to be: sniveling, small, small minded, live at home, keyboard commandos who actually seem 'afraid' to meet just an average joe like myself in person. Of course, that would not be you ;-) ...but if you would ever like to call me 'bub' in person I will happily give you my address.
