Taki disagrees with you.

She's been stalking Mitsurugi since SC1. At least Setsuka wants to kill him for killing her foster father/love interest but Taki doesn't have convincing reasons to follow Mitsurugi everywhere he goes. She is just lonely and wants some home meat.

Talim and Yunsung have something going on, so does Hwang and Mina. Amy and Raphael is super obvious have some perverted thing going on and seems Hilde took a liking to Sieg.

All that's left is Cassandra and Ivy without love interests ATM.
