Actually I take that back, there is a chance that Maya will save out a quick scene before it crashes for you to recover. Problem is tho, there's a chance that it won't. and you have to go digging through your documents to find. which I did, but it didn't save the file, just a crash log. so I had to redo everything... sigh... still, at least I got it done. Onto the next scene...
