[PSN/XBL] New Player Development Matchmaking

Hey, I've been playing for a while and I'd say I'm ready to take this game seriously. I play Sophitia and Xiang, though I'm not phenominal with them. I'm learning Talim atm and would love a mentor so I can become more advanced.
