PSN is down again!

Each console has its pros and cons but Sony is showing more and more that it got more cons than 360. The recent firmware update I would like to point out that the Terms of Service changed with it. It basically says "You can not sue Sony in class action lawsuit" or something along those lines. I find that especially funny considering that server downtime happened yet again. Go Sony and blind loyalty. For the record I still want a PS3 for console exclusives especially the rpg's.

Yeah, because of that shit I'm pretty much done with PSN. I'm not willing to agree to it and so I'm just going to let myself get shut out of PSN. I'm buying any game I want to play online on 360 from now on. The implications of being un-sueable are pretty terrible since it gives them no obligation to keep things like credit card information safe.
