PSN is down again!

Ahaha... the games never get hacked. Allow me to dry my eyes from laughing so hard as I recall my brother's recent attempt to play COD: MW 1 on psn last month in preparation for COD XP (he won tickets wihtout wanting them and figured he should familiarize himself). A venture that included all the fun of being shot at by people under the floor.

Shit customer service on the other hand... I wouldn't know about. Since they probably handle every case differently. I've gotten the runaround from both companies and ultimately got what I wanted. I can't say too much good or bad about either one. Well other than the fact my xbox was replaced once for free after 4 years including shipping and we had to pay 164 dollars to replace the first ps3 which came to us DOA. I'm not a caveman though, I don't imagine that snakes live in the sky for all people simply because I purport them too. As such I am willing to wager that personal experiences vary.
