PSN is down again!

I work with an IT company call British Telecom. After working here for the last 2 years, I fully understand how fucking hard it really is to take care of any network, and the amount of time and effort it takes to get providers like AT&T and Verizon to work with you on issues...lol People just think the internet works like magic. lol
 
PSN isn't even down for most people; just mainly the ones who were on it before they lost their connection to it.

What are you talking about? XBox Live has been hacked before.
I never understand why people freak out over these things so quickly. ;V
