I can see the new UELA required to reactivate playstation network:

anywho, moving on...apparently, sony found a file in their servers named "anonymous" and in it said "We are Legion." so, the scuttlebutt is that Congress asked Sony what the hell happened and what they plan to do, Sony responded with an 8 page letter that details this very thing. go. go read. come back and shit talk. it's what the internet was made for.
