PS2 Pad for play on XboX360

Hi to all :)

I have this problem, I use PS2 pad Dualshock 2, I bought some adapter for to play on XboX360 but the L2 and R2 they are not sensitive, I must press hard for send the input.

Have you a solution?
What is the best adapter for to play on xbox360?? 0 lag etc

I use the adapter made by etokki. It lets you use ps/2 controllers on xbox 360 or computer with pretty much 0 lag.
