This. Raph was totally irrelevant in SCV, gameplay and story-wise. If he was just more prominent, he would be appreciated more.

Talim & Zas are popular because they were not finished characters for SCV or have any playable characters with similar styles. They deserve all these votes. I hope they return and be viable.
