i agree with you accept with Julia, she stands at mid she has decent damage output, her clone however(Mel) is shit tier.

Meh, Wang-tang never did anything for me. Even when I got around his ridonculous character design. Speed isn't everything anyway.

If you land her regular shot while in Fusion mode (the crucifix shot), you can basically get a free Carousel on the enemy. I don't think that's "shit tier" if you ask me.

I also give the Bad Idea Stamp Of Approval to Ayame being top tier. Shuriken super is just too beastly. All she ever needs to do is grab three stones, throw out two Shuriken supers, then pick up more stones while the enemy is helplessly being tossed about.
