Okay so I was grinding as usual in quick match in SCV, this is where I encounted a snake-like female named scarlet with the title Shriek Noise Dance. She is in N and S America sooo I played her. She had Tira's style but her weapon was what looked like two serpents swallowing eachother!!! I highly doubt this is her joke weapon since I know her joke weapon is a hulahoop.... soooo where in gods name did this come from?

*Btw I found her to be a very easy kill since she always tries to go into "gloomy" mode she will constantly beat herself in the face to change.... thus doing your job for you!
