Sad to see it go; however, it passed on it's torch a year or 2 before hand. :p Plus, i'm not really upset with the system dying (I have a PS2, as well as a 60 GB PS3.), i'm more upset that PS2 games in general aren't as easily purchased locally. Damn you internet and your shipping prices !! >:(

I liked the PS2, it was one of my favorite systems of all time. It had large assortment of games and even created new ones that are now some of my all time favorites (Ratchet & Clank, Jak, BloodRayne, etc.).
But yeah, it had it's time and the PS3 is doing a great job. It had a slow start at first but now it is like one of the best systems (in my opinion) to date. I can't wait for SCV and future titles for the PS3.

if they release ps2 games on psn i'd be fine. I STILL need to beat Digital Devil Saga and Nocturne....
