Pewdiepie Discussion

PEWDIEPIE IS NOT THE PROBLEM...

RayWilliamJohnson is....

At least Pewdiepie makes his content, (as poor and repetitive as it may be) RWJ just steals people's viral videos they recorded, and inserts his face over them. He's literally like a shit version of Funniest Home Videos for Youtube, except with an obnoxious, short host.... Not to mention his channel art is of his face, he sells shirts with his face on it, his channel icon is his face, each of his thumbnail videos has a picture of his face, and his friggin Youtube user name is his real life name. Self-centered much?

Let's not forget he became a millionaire off his Youtube channel that has been banned 4 times but keeps coming back. He got over $45,000 off a video of a fat guy ranting, but he didn't even make the rant video, the fat guy did.

It's a fucked up world when a guy who steals your popular video and commentates it gets more views than your actual video does... >:P Lol, good job giving him revenue off your creativity.

stuff like that happens on youtube. there's a guy that has a lot of followers including me. he makes a comment on a video. now explain to me why the comment has more likes than the video has views?

(There is a lot of lag on the views / Likes versus the actual view count, it takes about 2 days to refresh. Most popular videos will get 500,000 views but for the first day it will lock up on the magic view count of "301+")

Nothing gets me more upset than seeing a guy become a millionaire off content he didn't even make. It's so fucked... I could rip a video of a plane crashing in Russia and get 5,000,000 views + revenue! I didn't even record the video, I didn't die in the video, the video cost me nothing... But hey, I made MONEY!

i think that was before the 301+ issue. but does a video get a view the second someone clicks on it and enters the page? or is there a time you have to watch the vid to a certain point?
